Parent Education Goals:
•    To increase parents' involvement in their children's education.
•    To increase parents' understanding of their children's development.
•    To support parents' in negotiating the school system.
•    To increase parents' skills in advocacy on behalf of children.
•    To increase parents' knowledge and access to community resources.

The Parent Education Team provides:
•    Multilingual family education events to support the transition into the
      Pre-Kindergarten Program and Kindergarten.
•    Activites to reinforce learning at home.
•    Connections to elementary school family activities.
•    Connection to community resources.
•    Child development information.
•    Parenting information and support.
